In short: we collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and operate subscriptions. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
1. Who We Are
Zenvest Partners Limited is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13707298, with our registered office at 64 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 0AS. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC208202.
For any privacy query, including a request to exercise your rights, contact GlobalAdvisory@Zenvest-Partners.com.
2. What We Collect
- Enquiry details. If you complete an enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, organisation, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Subscription details. If you subscribe to Zenvest Intelligence, we collect your name, email address, billing details and subscription records. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please do not include sensitive personal information in enquiry forms.
3. Why We Use It, and Our Lawful Basis
- To respond to enquiries — your consent, given when you submit an enquiry form, and our legitimate interests in responding to a request you have made to us.
- To provide and administer subscriptions, and to deliver subscription content by email — performance of the contract between us.
- To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations.
- To maintain the security and integrity of our systems — legitimate interests in operating the service safely.
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, under contract, and only to the extent necessary:
- Customer relationship management — HubSpot, which stores enquiry and subscriber details so that we can respond to and manage our relationship with you.
- Payment processing — Stripe, which handles subscription billing and card data under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Website hosting — Netlify, which hosts this site and maintains server logs.
- Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being transmitted to Google when a page loads.
- Professional advisers — where necessary for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are made under an applicable UK adequacy decision or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so that your data receives an equivalent standard of protection.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship — 24 months from last contact.
- Subscription and client records — for the duration of the relationship and six years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
- Marketing and communication preferences — for the duration of your subscription and 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to stop contacting you.
- Server logs — as retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention period.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Clause 1. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
8. Cookies and Website Technologies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across other websites. Third-party services used within the site, including Google Fonts and, where applicable, our payment processor, may set their own technical cookies or receive your IP address when their resources load. Our payment processor may set cookies necessary for fraud prevention during checkout.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, please raise it with us in the first instance. Complaints should be directed to Zenvest Partners Limited by email to GlobalAdvisory@Zenvest-Partners.com, marked for the attention of the Managing Partner, or in writing to 64 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 0AS. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a substantive response within twenty business days.
We would prefer the opportunity to resolve any concern directly. You are, however, entitled by law to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at any time, and you are not required to contact us first. The ICO can be reached at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
